SNAP — Terms of Use & Community Guidelines

Spronet Network Ambassadors Program · Last updated: June 2026

1. Overview

The Spronet Network Ambassadors Program ("SNAP") is a referral-based initiative operated by Spronet Nig Ltd. ("Spronet", "we", "us"). By submitting an application to become a Spronet Network Ambassador ("Ambassador"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be a resident of Nigeria or an approved operating region.
  • You must provide accurate, truthful information in your application.
  • Spronet employees, their immediate family members, and existing Spronet dealers are not eligible to participate as Ambassadors without prior written approval.

3. Ambassador Responsibilities

As a SNAP Ambassador, you agree to:

  • Submit legitimate business leads only. Every business you refer must be a real, operating B2B entity. Fabricating or inflating lead information is grounds for immediate termination.
  • Respect business owners' consent. You must have a genuine relationship with or prior contact with any business you refer. Cold-spamming or scraping contact information from public directories without context is prohibited.
  • Represent Spronet accurately. You are not an employee of Spronet. You may not make binding promises, guarantee outcomes, or misrepresent Spronet's services, pricing, or policies to prospects.
  • Maintain professional conduct. All interactions with referred businesses and within the SNAP portal must be professional, respectful, and truthful.
  • Protect confidential information. Any information you receive through the SNAP portal about Spronet's operations, other ambassadors, or lead statuses must be treated as confidential.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent removal from SNAP:

  • Self-referral: Submitting your own business, or a business you own or operate, as a lead.
  • Duplicate submissions: Intentionally re-submitting businesses that have already been referred by another ambassador or are already on the Spronet platform.
  • Fraudulent leads: Submitting fabricated business names, fake contact information, or businesses that do not exist.
  • Harassment or coercion: Pressuring, threatening, or repeatedly contacting business owners who have declined to participate.
  • Soliciting payment: Asking businesses for money, commissions, or other incentives in exchange for referring them to Spronet.
  • Sharing account credentials: Allowing another person to access your SNAP portal account or sharing your referral code for others to submit leads on your behalf.
  • Misrepresentation: Claiming to be a Spronet employee, partner, or official representative.
  • Spam or bulk outreach: Using automated tools, mass email campaigns, or social media bots to distribute your referral code.

5. MCS Points & Rewards

  • Mission Credit Score (MCS) points are earned when referred leads reach specific milestones (approval, registration, profile completion, verification, first marketplace activity, and sustained activity).
  • Cash rewards (₦) are credited to your SNAP wallet when qualifying milestones are met, as defined in the current reward schedule.
  • Spronet reserves the right to modify the MCS point values, cash reward amounts, and tier thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Wallet balances may be withdrawn according to Spronet's payout policies. Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply.
  • Points and rewards earned through fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited, and associated wallet balances may be clawed back.

6. Tier System

Ambassadors progress through tiers (Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum) based on accumulated MCS points. Tier upgrades are automatic and grant access to enhanced features and higher reward multipliers as they become available. Spronet reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds.

7. Lead Quality & Validation

  • All leads are subject to Spronet's internal 8-layer validation process.
  • Spronet has sole discretion over lead approval and rejection decisions.
  • Ambassadors with a quality ratio below 40% may be placed on probation or have their accounts suspended.
  • Repeated submission of low-quality or rejected leads may affect your tier standing.

8. Data Privacy & Protection

  • You must handle all personal data of referred businesses in accordance with applicable Nigerian data protection laws (NDPA 2023).
  • Contact information submitted with leads will be used by Spronet solely to facilitate onboarding and marketplace participation.
  • Spronet will not share your personal information with other ambassadors or third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Termination & Suspension

  • Spronet may suspend or terminate your Ambassador account at any time for violations of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or for any reason deemed appropriate.
  • You may voluntarily withdraw from SNAP at any time by contacting support. Accrued and uncontested wallet balances will be paid out per the standard payout schedule.
  • Upon termination for cause, all pending MCS points and unreleased wallet credits will be forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property

The Spronet name, logo, SNAP branding, and all associated materials are the property of Spronet Nig Ltd. Ambassadors may not use these marks without prior written permission except as provided in official SNAP marketing materials.

11. Limitation of Liability
