Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Associate to help grow our business by identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and guiding prospects through the decision-making and onboarding process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching opportunities, engaging with businesses, and turning interest into long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to research industries and identify qualified business opportunities.
